Sweet and Soft Fur Collars For Sale

  With the colder months here it is time to add those soft and frilly layers to our daily attire.  Whether you are wearing a full Lolita coordinate or not these cute fur collars will add a little warmth to your day.  I must admit that I kept the first one that I made (black fur with a mint lining) and I love it.  I have made 16 that are for sale.  I am putting them for sale here first before I post them to egl.  So, if you want one grab it now.

 These fur collars are so soft I can't even tell you so you will understand.  You just want to rub your cheeks on them.  It is a faux fur which has a rose pattern.  Each collar is fully lined and finished.  Here are close ups of the fur and linings, and also a back and side view.

Daily Lolita Highight- Tsukasa

  Good Monday All!  I hope the first weekend of November treated you well.  I had a pretty low key one so I am happy.  Let us start off this week with a snazzy Daily Lolita Highlight.  I saw this post on egl instead of Daily Lolita because these two lovely ladies did a photo shoot and wanted to show the egl community.  I do love seeing photo shoots on egl, they are so well done most of the time.  Here we go....

Hanna & Inka

I know.  So pretty.  Together they make a pretty pair wearing corsets and tiny hats.  I love love love the small black crown.  You don't see miniature crowns in Lolita much these days. I think we should come back in a big way.  The mesh gloves add a touch to their coordinates as well.  The contrast between their hands and sleeves make their hands look delicate and very lady like. 

 These shots and their outfits look like they could be taken right out of the Gothic and Lolita Bible.  The mostly black with touches of white and light colors make for a simple yet captivating color story.  

 The black corsets, which are gorgeous by themselves, give them such a nice silhouette.  The prefect Lolita silhouette.  I don't know where they got them but they are amazing.  I nicely made corset that fits correctly is an amazing thing.  You feel strong and beautiful in it.  You can tell in these photos that they feel beautiful.  It shows.

Autumn Metamorphose Lucky Packs For Sale

  Lucky Packs are one of the best things that Lolita has available to them.  Even if you don't have tons of money to throw around buying a Lucky Pack makes it easy to get Lolita clothing for cheap.  Meta is a lovely brand that makes lovely pieces and now you can scoop up some pretty clothing for a great deal.

How To Save Money: Never Spend your Change

  One of the best ways to save money is to never spend your change.  When a cashier asks for $7.25 don't toss that quarter their way.  Give them $8.00 and take that 75 cents back and pocket it.  Take it home and put it in a piggy bank.  

Every time I get change back I just toss it in my purse, forget about it and then clean it out every other week or so.  Once it is at the bottom of my bag I forget about it.  The only time I really think about it is when I hear it jingle and it's nice to think about the money that I am putting away.

I know this isn't a way to save tons of money but I fill up a piggy bank a couple to 3 times a year and each time I have anywhere from $100 to $130.  Think about that.  With that money you could buy a new JSK or fill your closet with a new collection of socks.  

Now, don't waste your money taking that jar of coins to the CoinStar.  CoinStar charges you and takes part of your money that you so diligently saved.  Hop on down to the bank and ask for coin wrappers.  They give them away for free.  Roll all of your money at home, take it to the bank, and get cash moneys.  

There you go.  It isn't magic but it is an easy way to save a little money.  Make sure you put it to good use. 

Peachy Lolita Wallpaper

Peach is such a nice color and I am not sure it gets enough credit and use.  Even in Lolita.  I think it could go with any season.  It is sometimes hard to find peach in Lolita because it is so close to pink and pink is so popular.  In celebration of peach I have made a collage of peach.  I know all of the girls are wearing peach outfits but they all look beautiful together.  (I especially love the peach roses the girl all the way to the right is carrying and wearing in her hair.)

Veronica Elisse JSK by Baby the Stars Shine Bright

 Baby the Stars Shine Bright is one of my favorite brands just like many Lolita's out there.  They have such a nice design aesthetic.  They know what a Lolita wants in his/her clothing.  There are very few pieces that they have made that I do not like and this is not one of them.  I love it!   I am not sure where I first saw the Veronica Elisse JSK, but it caught my eye immediately.  This post is just going to be me gushing abut this JSK.  Prepare yourself. 

 The large bow is cute with a nautical feel to it as it sets on top of a row of opaque set of three cream bows.  The tiny round cream buttons frame the bows.  They don't stand out but are a nice touch that finishes the bodice.  It was a smart idea to use the stripe fabric on the sides of the bodice facing in and down.  It is slimming.  It gives the illusion of an hour glass figure. 

 I am always a fan of shirring in the back of dresses.  It allows for a comfortable fit and the corset style lacing is attractive.  The Veronica Elisse JSK comes in 4 colors.  Teal, black, pink, and cream/off white.  They all look nice but the teal is my favorite.  You don't see teal in Lolita all that often.

  The removable wait ties are nice because not everyone likes waist ties.  I am leaning towards no waist ties at the moment but it is nice to have the choice.  Lace and ruffles at the hem along with 4 bows make for a light and delicate skirt.  It has tiny gathers along the waist which keep it from getting too bulky looking.  

All in all, just a lovely dress.  If I could I would have it in all 4 colors and wear them all proudly.
